Services described

Pages describing commissions, sessions, workshops, and packs are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written brief, quotation, or invoice schedule.

Intellectual property

Website content, visual templates, and delivered panels remain the intellectual property of Visionpanelpoint Co., Ltd. until paid for under the applicable engagement, after which the client receives a licence to use the delivered materials for internal academic governance and review purposes. Redistribution as a commercial product requires prior written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of data extracts and institutional documents you supply. You warrant that sharing them with us complies with your institution’s policies and applicable law, including anonymisation where required.

Liability

Our work supports academic coordination decisions; it does not replace institutional judgement, legal advice, or official student records. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or service engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits.
