Rates follow the shape of the work: fixed session fees where the format is stable, and starting or quote-based figures where cohort count and evidence volume change the effort.

What moves a quote
Dashboard commissions rise with the number of cohorts, the number of indicators beyond a focused set, and whether panels must ship in both Thai and English legends. Accreditation packs rise with evidence volume and the number of criteria categories to map.
Workshops and term review sessions stay close to the listed figures when participant counts and pre-read volume stay inside the stated limits.
Deposits and invoicing
Commissions and packs usually begin with a forty percent deposit after the indicator workshop. Sessions and workshops are invoiced on booking, payable before the date. All figures are in Thai baht and exclude institutional purchase-order processing fees where a client’s finance office applies them.
