Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Visionpanelpoint Co., Ltd. for listed engagement work. Institutional purchase-order fees charged by your finance office are outside our refund process.

Timeframe

Cancellation notices must arrive in writing to hello@visionpanelpoint.click. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Dashboard commissions and accreditation packs

Deposits cover discovery and indicator workshops. If you cancel before the indicator workshop, we refund the deposit minus a THB 3,000 administration fee. After the workshop begins, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after draft panels are delivered, fees for completed stages remain due; unused later stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Term review sessions and workshops

Cancel fourteen or more days before the date for a full refund. Cancel between thirteen and five days before for a fifty percent refund. Cancel within four days, or fail to attend (no-show), and the fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling once at no charge is available with at least seven days’ notice, subject to diary space.

Work already started

Time spent on agreed stages—interviews, drafts, facilitation—is chargeable even if later stages are cancelled.

Materials

Printed reference cards or packs produced for a workshop are non-refundable once printed to your confirmed participant count.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution’s treasury cycle.

How to request a refund

Email hello@visionpanelpoint.click with the invoice number, service date, and reason. Phone 022483377 for clarification; written notice remains required to start the process.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session for reasons on our side, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. Force majeure events may require mutual rescheduling without penalty.
